The avocado is arguably summer's favorite fruit (right after watermelon). Not only are avocados yummy, but they are loaded with potassium, omega 3's and fiber. Everybody loves the popular avocado toast, but having that every day has got to get old at some point. The ways you can incorporate avocados into your diet are endless, and to prove it, here are some fun and tasty creations you can try when you're craving something new.

Baked Egg in Avocado:

This recipe is super simple and super tasty for a quick grab and go breakfast. Simply halve an avocado and crack an egg into it, add toppings of your choosing, and bake!

Avocado Smoothie:

Avocados are the perfect ingredient for any summer smoothie. They're very creamy so they add to the texture, and have a taste that's subtle but wont overpower the other ingredients.

Avocado Brownies:

If you like fudgey brownies, then adding avocado to your batter is just the thing for you! Not only are avocado brownies healthier, because you need less butter, but a lot of people actually prefer the taste and texture.
